Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is around 2-5 business days to most metro areas, but can take up to 14 business days for rural areas. Most of our items are sent using Aramex and you will receive a confirmation of dispatch with the parcel's tracking number once your order is ready to go. For areas where Aramex is not able to deliver, we also may use couriers such as Australia Post, Startrack and Couriers Please. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

International Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is around 3-7 business days. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
